Paseo Del Sol Mexican Restaurant: Authentic Mexican Breakfast & Lunch in El Paso

This has become me and my husband's favorite weekend breakfast spot. The people serving are always kind and attentive, greeting us warmly upon entering the restaurant. I love thier huevos con chorizo, it has a surprising depth of flavor and even the beans well made and seasoned. The hasbrowns are also amazing, crispy on the outside while soft and cooked through on the inside. My husband usually orders thier huevo and guisado plate with picadillo and he also loves it. It's not pictured here but the menudo on the weekends is also one of the top menudos in El Paso in my opinion. The food is consistently good as we've been going for the past few months now and the food quality remains excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an outstanding breakfast spot in El Paso.

I live near this place and I always see it busy so we decided to try it on a Sunday because I wanted menudo. It was definitely hoppin but not too packed that we couldn’t find a place. They let you sit wherever you want, the services was fantastic our waitress was attentive, the food was great. My husband ordered a hamburger and I got the menudo. What’s more is that the prices were exceptionally reasonable! Will definitely be coming back here!

Customer service is unmatched. This is our 4th visit after hiking the canyon or after church. Each time, attentive wait staff, friendly greetings upon entrance and really fast service. This last Sunday was Easter rush, and the place was packed. The tables turned quickly, very little wait. The food was hot and delicious. It's definitely a place to stop in and get a great local breakfast.

For those in the northeast,, this restaurant is located on the mountain base,, off Alabama. Stopped for a lunch bite and the server was extremely helpful with the menu items. Once we made our food selections and ordered, it seems like we're immediately served. Very efficient. They also serve breakfast during the lunch hours.

Loved the atmosphere. Service was not that great. By the time she came around to refill the coffee we were ready to leave. Pricing was good. Portions were great. The food was kinda bland. Overall, I would go back and try another dish.

Best menudo in town!!!! Always friendly and very clean restaurant. Excellent atmosphere and I particularly enjoy their pick of music. This restaurant is a GEM .

Paseo Del Sol is a great find! The food was delicious and a great value, with all of our dishes exceeding expectations. Our waitress was attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming, with a real local feel. If you're looking for a home-style meal at a great price, this is the place to go.

Went for lunch before an appointment. It wasn’t that busy when I got there. Became busy though. Food wasn’t the best I’ve had but the salsa was not too spicy which was good for me. I didn’t get my usual dish. I wanted to try something new. The steak was dry. Also didn’t have time to eat everything since took a minute to come out. Service was mostly good. Took her a while to come back to get my order.
